This class introduces our youngest gymnasts to a variety of movements on the floor, trampoline and preschool-sized gymnastics apparatus. The instructor will lead children and their caregivers through fun, developmentally-appropriate activities, including obstacle courses and games, that change each week. The class is designed to help these students develop strength, coordination and motor skills while interacting with other children their age.
